1. Platform role

HelpHub is a marketplace that connects people who need help with local tasks and people who want to help. We are not a party to the agreement between users.

2. Safety

Users are responsible for communicating clearly, agreeing on scope, and acting safely. Avoid upfront payments and meet in public when possible.

3. Payments

Payments (if any) are arranged directly between users unless stated otherwise. HelpHub does not hold funds for tasks in this MVP.

4. Content and conduct

Do not post illegal, unsafe, or misleading content. We may remove tasks or accounts that violate these rules.

5. Reports

You can report tasks or users. We will review reports and may take action at our discretion.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform means you accept the latest version.
